Location: Botany, NSW Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

About the Role
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within its warehouse facility. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient supply chain management, optimising workflow, and leading a small warehouse team. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead and develop a small team, fostering high performance and engagement
  • Manage inventory control, stock levels, and dispatch processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline logistics and supply chain workflow
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and safety regulations
  • Optimise warehouse layout and operational procedures for maximum efficiency
  • Provide regular operational reports to the Supply Chain Manager
  • Operate forklifts safely and effectively as required

About You
  • To excel in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain supervision
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
  • A keen eye for process improvement and efficiency optimisation
  • Experience in inventory management, stock control, and dispatch coordination
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics regulations (preferred but not essential)
  • Valid forklift licence and hands-on experience with forklift operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
