Your new role

Working as an Operations Manager, you will be;

• Managing a small team of operations associates to deliver claim outcomes
• Communicating with clients directly to ensure a smooth customer process when escalation is needed
• Responsible for the resolution of complaints, escalations and risk events to understand root cause analysis and risk aversion
• Being responsible for all QA and compliance obligations
• Meeting team KPI’s and quality targets

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Demonstrated experience managing an operations team across Insurance or Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders
• Experience developing and upskilling team members
• Available to work in Chatswood location
