Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, as Operations and Logistics Manager, you’ll be responsible for integrating the supply chain, production and logistics functions with a focus on leading continuous improvement and driving efficiencies. With a strong focus on cost management and best practice, your role will include:
Strategic enhancement of the supply chain operations
Management of the production teams
Management of quality standards across both production and logistics
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Management of the warehousing and transportation processes
Health and safety
Financial operational reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills, to be considered for this role you will hold qualifications in operations or supply chain management and are also able to demonstrate:
Strong commercial acumen
High level analytical skills with an attention to detail
Operational experience within the manufacturing industry
A focus on continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing
Knowledge of and experience with international export
A focus on achieving efficiencies and positive outcomes.
