About the Role:
This pivotal role involves managing a range of administration duties ensuring seamless operational support across multiple business units. You’ll be the backbone of project coordination, procurement support, reporting, and compliance, working closely with technical and operational teams to drive efficiency and excellence. This is a temporary-to-permanent role offering a competitive hourly rate of $40–$43/hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate operational administration activities across business segments
- Support project lifecycle: job creation, procurement, cost monitoring, and reporting
- Facilitate site mobilisation and rental equipment processing
- Assist with HSEQ documentation and operational reporting
- Onboard new operational staff and maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure compliance with internal authority matrices and business processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a mining, mechanical, or industrial services environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work across technical and operational teams
- Desirable: 3–5 years in a similar role and a current first aid certificate
