Your New Role
As Operational and Quality Supervisor, you’ll oversee lab and plant operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. You’ll manage equipment, lead process optimisation, conduct lab testing, and support plant deployment. This hands-on role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge bioenergy tech and contribute directly to sustainability goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 2–5 years in process/plant engineering or maintenance
  • Mechanical / maintenance Fitter with 5+ years’ experience
  • Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills
  • Hands-on, flexible mindset suited to start-up pace
  • Experience scaling lab trials to pilot/commercial plants (advantageous)
  • Strong communicator, able to lead small teams, comfortable being client-facing and working independently
  • Engineering background (mechanical/electrical or chemical/environmental)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Yatala (Brisbane/Gold Coast)
  • Familiarity with WHS Act 2011, EPA licencing, ISO systems (advantageous)
  • Skilled in lab equipment, KPI dashboards (Excel/Power BI), P&IDs, basic CAD
  • Current Australian driving licence; forklift licence (LF)
  • Passion for sustainability
