Your new role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Online Engagement Officer to join the team on a temporary contract through to the end of 2026 at the ASO4 level commencing immediately.
Working across a range of digital channels, you will be responsible for developing engaging online content, maintaining website and social media platforms, and supporting the delivery of digital communication strategies that strengthen community engagement. You will create and publish content across websites, social media, email campaigns and other digital channels, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve audience reach and engagement.
You will also contribute to the planning and delivery of online promotional activities, provide support for events and stakeholder engagement initiatives, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a consistent and professional digital presence.
What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience managing websites and digital communication platforms
• Strong content writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience creating engaging content across social media and digital channels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Experience using digital analytics and performance data to improve engagement
• High level attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience supporting online campaigns, communications activities or events
• Knowledge of contemporary digital communication trends and best practice
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
