Office Manager/ Bookkeeper

Permanent position | $80,000 - $83,000 + Super | Woolloongabba location

Your new role

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping
  • Handle supplier invoices and assist with end-of-month
  • Support internal teams and respond to customer enquiries
  • Oversee general office operations

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 desirable

  • Previous office management experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
