Your new role

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the office and providing high‑level administrative and operational support. Your key duties will include:

  • Coordinating daily office operations, including workflow oversight, workplace scheduling, and staff coverage
  • Providing executive‑level administrative support including diary management, correspondence, and documentation preparation
  • Maintaining office systems, records management, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and stakeholder communications
  • Overseeing office supplies, facilities management, and liaising with external vendors
  • Supporting HR functions such as onboarding, staff training coordination, and internal communications
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to operational efficiency

What you'll need to succeed
