You’ll be joining a leading global resources organisation with major operations in Western Australia’s lithium and critical minerals sector. Their Perth team supports large ‑ scale processing and project activity across the state, offering a collaborative, fast ‑ paced environment focused on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
This position is being offered as temporary, part-time holiday coverage , providing an excellent opportunity to step into a key support role within a high ‑ performing corporate office
Your new role
• Manage day ‑ to ‑ day office operations to maintain smooth administrative processes
• Handle communication channels, including incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
• Complete data entry, maintain office records, and support document control
• Monitor office and kitchen supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers
• Assist with credit card reconciliations, PR and PO creation, vendor onboarding, and invoice support
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work closely with building/facilities management
• Support internal IT processes by logging issues and assisting with basic troubleshooting
• Arrange travel and accommodation bookings, including flights, transfers, and long ‑ stay requirements
• Assist with internal events, meeting catering, and ad ‑ hoc office coordination
• Organise logistics for site visits, including travel and PPE requirements
What You Need to Succeed
• Previous experience in office administration or facilities coordination
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using internal systems
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer ‑ focused approach
• Ability to work proactively, solve problems, and manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team
