Your new role
In this pivotal position, you will become the central point of coordination for office operations and executive support across the business.
Oversee daily office functions, facilities management, supplier coordination, and workplace upkeep.
Provide high‑level administrative and executive assistance to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting preparation, and confidential correspondence
Coordinate internal communications, document control, shared inboxes, and workflow processes
Support project administration, data entry, marketing materials, and internal and external event coordination
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll bring a polished, professional approach and the confidence to support a busy leadership team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Clear, professional communication and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Previous experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar corporate support role
High attention to detail, strong initiative, and a proactive, solutions focused mindset
