I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Office Administrator/Customer Service position for a growing business which focusses on delivering premium spring water to homes, offices, and warehouses all throughout Sydney. This company is based in the Burwood region and there is also free parking on site.Your new role
General administrative / customer service to our valued customers
General office duties
Managing the office telephone - booking in deliveries, receiving orders and sales enquiries.
Data entry and data maintenance
Basic accounting – Processing payments, managing debit collection and invoicing
Supporting management and delivery drivers
Processing customer orders - online, in person, via email and over the phone
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 2 years of administration or customer service experience
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated computer skills, including experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite and MYOB.
