Your new role
As the Occupational Health & Safety Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping workplace safety across the organisation. This is not just another compliance role—you’ll be a trusted advisor and safety champion, partnering with leaders and teams to embed proactive safety practices and create environments where everyone can thrive.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Partner with departments to identify and proactively manage OHS risks
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture
- Ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards, and policies
- Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate safety into daily operations
