Your new role
We are seeking two experienced Nurse Administrators to join a high-performing team on a full-time temporary basis through to 30 September 2026.
Based onsite in Melbourne’s CBD, you will work Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm), providing a unique combination of clinical and administrative support in a dynamic operational setting.
This role plays a key part in supporting assessments and ensuring a seamless experience for individuals attending appointments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional reception and nursing support services
- Assisting with and observing assessments, ensuring comfort, privacy and safety
- Preparing rooms, equipment and maintaining clinical standards
- Supporting individuals before, during and after appointments, including monitoring wellbeing
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and medical professionals
- Managing bookings, referrals and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Preparing and following up documentation and information requests
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Delivering high-level administrative support within strict timeframes in a high-volume environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Registered Nurse Division 1 (mandatory)
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week
