Your new role

• Review & verify loan documents for eligibility, compliance & authenticity
• Process and administer home loan settlements and fund disbursement across stages of construction.
• End to end case management of customer requests and complaints
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders with a high focus on delivering results to customers
• Communicate with bankers, brokers, solicitors, builders & customers as required
• Monitor inboxes and respond to requests from front-line bankers and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet critical deadlines around loan settlement
• Perform 1st line of defence and adhere to risk frameworks and policies.
• Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by inputting the correct information in core NAB systems and in line with team processes

• Location: 700 Bourke Street VIC / 3 Parramatta Square NSW / 100 St Georges Tce
• Duration: 12-month temporary contact
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7 am – 7pm (8 hours per day)
• Hybrid: After 12 weeks full-time in the office for training, once completed, will be 3 days from office and 2 days from home.
• Remuneration: $45 per hour + Super
• Start Date – mid November

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience banking operations experience
• Experience working closely with mortgages and loan document processing
• Proven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and time management skills
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
