Your new role
Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you interested in working an overnight shift in banking? The Reference Data Management (RDM) team supports the New York region with all data processing for the jurisdiction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and Compliance: Handling product setups, adding contacts, and processing account requests.
- Risk Profiles: Creating and maintaining risk profiles for bonds and securities.
- Reporting: Identify and mitigating any potential system errors.
- Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers and Dealers as required.
This role is a 12-month temporary contract starting 16th June 2025, paying $35.86ph+super, based in NAB Place, 395 Bourke Street VIC 3000.
This is a full-time overnight shift position, working fully from home after day training, working 1AM – 9.30AM, Monday to Friday.
Please note that you will be required to attend full in-office training for 2 weeks with the Day Shift team during normal business hours.
What you'll need to succeed
- Full availability to work an overnight shift
- Proven admin, processing, or operations experience in a professional setting
- Finance / Banking background – education or work experience is highly regarded
- Tech-savvy and eagerness to learn
