Moxy and Roller Operator Opportunities

Opportunities for experienced Machine Operators in and around Smythesdale
We’re looking for skilled Machine Operators and Labourers to join one of the leading construction companies in VIC for a landfill civil site in Smythesdale.

Roller Operators

Responsibilities:
  • Operate roller machines to compact surfaces in construction sites.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Roller Operator in the construction industry.
  • Valid tickets and licenses for roller operation.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Moxy Operators

Responsibilities:
  • Operate articulated dump trucks (moxy) to transport materials around the site.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and report any issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Support other team members and contribute to a cohesive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience operating moxy trucks in construction settings.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications for moxy operation.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
