What you'll need to succeed

• 12+ months experience in mortgage broking or lending (preferred).
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to assess client needs and financial scenarios.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid understanding of personal finance, lending products, and risk assessment.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
