An established, large-scale organisation is seeking a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer to support and enhance its Modern Workplace and End User Compute (EUC) environment.

Your new role

• Supporting and improving Modern Workplace and EUC services across enterprise environments
• Designing and maintaining the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across physical and virtual devices
• Providing advanced troubleshooting across identity, device management, applications, endpoint security and virtual desktops
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to fit‑for‑purpose workplace technology solutions
• Supporting Intune, Entra, AVD and Microsoft 365 platforms
• Contributing to workplace technology projects, upgrades and rollouts
• Ensuring strong security, compliance and operational standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering Level 2/3 EUC or Modern Workplace support
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Active Directory & Microsoft Entra
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Microsoft 365
• Practical experience with Windows 11, physical and virtual environments
• Experience with Privileged Access Management, including Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
• Confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior users
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
