This organisation is experiencing rapid growth and requires additional support within its People & Culture function to ensure a smooth mobilisation process for a large contractor and employee workforce. Your new role

As the Mobilisation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating all onboarding and mobilisation activities for site‑based personnel. Your duties will include:
  • Managing pre‑employment compliance, documentation, and onboarding workflows
  • Coordinating medicals, inductions, site access, and training requirements
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external providers
  • Maintaining accurate records within HR and mobilisation systems
  • Ensuring all mobilisation processes meet project timelines and compliance standards
  • Providing general administrative support to the mobilisation and HR teams
This is a temporary assignment offering an immediate start, with the potential for extension depending on project needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in mobilisation, onboarding, or HR administration within resources, construction, or heavy industry
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with compliance documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in mobilisation or HRIS systems (e.g., Pegasus, MyPass, or similar) INX Experience preferred
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
