Your new role
As a Mobile Banker, you’ll be accountable for achieving sales and service growth while delivering a seamless, end-to-end home loan experience. Your role will focus on building strong relationships with current and prospective members, identifying their needs, and providing tailored home lending solutions.
Identify business development opportunities from the member base and local community.
Conduct home loan interviews via video, phone, and face‑to‑face meetings at external locations.
Process loan applications accurately and issue approvals.
Maintain clear and effective communication with members and stakeholders.
Attend team meetings, bank functions and industry events to build your profile and expand business opportunities.
Promote the bank’s full suite of financial products and services in line with compliance requirements.
Visit workplaces to promote lending and associated offerings.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring strong lending knowledge, and a proactive approach to business development.
Strong understanding of reading and interpreting loan applications and financial documents.
Strong communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with individuals and groups in various settings.
Highly organised, self‑driven and adaptable, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting members at flexible locations.
FSR Tier 2 Accreditation.
Unrestricted driving licence and own vehicle.
