Your new company

This well-established manufacturing organisation specialises in chemical processing and production. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence, the team is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mixer to join their production floor on a temporary to permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Mixer, you will be responsible for preparing and blending chemical products in line with strict production requirements. You will work from detailed recipes, measuring and combining materials accurately while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a physically demanding role requiring repetitive manual handling, including lifting bags of up to 20kg into mixing equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the work area and ensuring all processes are completed efficiently within set timeframes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working in a factory or chemical environment

  • LF (Forklift) licence

  • White Card

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and recipes

  • Strong literacy skills to interpret production schedules and documentation

  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet production targets

  • Proven physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks

  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
