A State Government organisation is seeking an experienced Ministerial and Executive Services Coordinator to join a high-performing team. This role supports the coordination of ministerial and parliamentary business, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality responses and effective stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Your new role

• Coordinating the flow of information between the department and Ministerial Offices
• Managing incoming and outgoing ministerial correspondence and ensuring responses are delivered within agreed timeframes
• Coordinating parliamentary questions, briefing notes, urgent requests and other ministerial business
• Monitoring and tracking correspondence, commitments and reporting requirements
• Preparing reports and performance statistics for executive stakeholders
• Supporting departmental responses for parliamentary committees and hearings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Ministerial Offices, government agencies and internal business areas
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and administrative processes within the team

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in ministerial services, parliamentary coordination, executive support or a similar government environment
• Strong understanding of ministerial, parliamentary and government correspondence processes
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across all levels
• Experience preparing reports, tracking actions and coordinating complex workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic records management systems such as TRIM or Content Manager
