Our client is among the world’s top producers of major commodities including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from its production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas.
Your new role
In this role, you will support day‑to‑day operations across the site, ensuring smooth coordination and timely administrative support. Key duties include:
- Coordinating and booking flights for site personnel
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Assisting with site visits and visitor logistics
What you'll need to succeed
You’re an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll also bring:
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite (MS)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Previous experience in site admin, mobilisation, or a mining environment (advantageous but not essential)
What you'll get in return
