You’ll be joining a growing, privately run organisation that develops and maintains its own internal technology platform. Rather than relying on off‑the‑shelf systems, the business builds software in‑house to support both operational workflows and external users, with ongoing plans to extend and refine the platform as the company evolves.

Your new role
This is a Mid-level Full Stack Developer role working across a custom platform built with .NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend. You’ll be part of a small development team, contributing hands‑on to feature development, enhancements and ongoing system stability.
You’ll operate at a mid‑to‑senior level within the team – comfortable working independently, supporting a junior developer and collaborating closely with senior engineers on design and implementation decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have solid commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer, with .NET and Angular as core technical strengths. You should be comfortable working end‑to‑end on a product, from development through to refinement and ongoing improvement.
This role suits someone slightly more senior than mid‑level, who can manage their workload, maintain momentum, and contribute positively within a small, close‑knit team. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
