Job:
This role would be working with a small not-for-profit membership association aimed at increasing the representation of female leaders in the banking and finance sector. They work with the largest Australian banks, ASX listed corporates, government departments, law firms, insurance and accounting firms to increase the representation of female leaders in the banking and finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Member Services Coordinator is to support the organisation's growth and retain our member base, as well as deliver exceptional member experience.
****This is a work-from-home position but is required to be Sydney-based as travel to various events and meetings will be required.
Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you will take responsibility for
- Supporting research to secure potential new members, setting up meetings with them and participating in identifying educational needs for corporate members in banking and finance
- Connecting with current members to answer questions and maximise their experience, remind them of their free inclusions & event tickets, offer them other educational opportunities to purchase
- Booking regular meetings with all corporate members and gathering their feedback
- Supporting activities such as webinars, programs and events as needed by the team
Personal Attributes:
- Tertiary degree preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A high-level of motivation and a natural energy to pick up the phone and talk to people
- Outstanding stakeholder relationship engagement and management skills
- A proactive self-starter with energy, drive, and a hands-on work ethic
- A strong, positive team player displaying resilience, high achievement and responsibility, with the ability to follow instructions and get results
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy/analytical capabilities, it is able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
