Your new role

• General front counter greeting
• Ensuring seamless customer service skills
• Diary Management
• Processing Purchase Orders
• Invoicing and receipting
• Follow up on orders etc
• Liaising with specialists, Dr’s, NDIS, Aged Care Facilities and general public.
• All Adhoc administration

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Medical Admin experience is highly regarded

• Efficient, timely manner

• Welcoming and bubbly personality

• Experience in Microsoft Office

What you'll get in return

Offering a 12-month contract, although for the right candidate, this role could potentially go permanent. An attractive hourly rate of $40.00 per hour plus super and penalties, This role is offering full-time hours Moday to Friday.
