Your new role

As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you’ll be pivotal in winning work and shaping the success of the Projects division. You will prepare detailed and competitive tenders, lead pricing strategies, and build strong client relationships—getting out from behind the desk to represent the business and its capability.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and have the autonomy to manage your workload without micromanagement. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership and delivering results.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 mechanical contractor.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and broader mechanical building services.

• Commercial acumen and confidence to engage in senior-level, client-facing conversations.

• Ability to manage multiple bids end-to-end with accuracy and pace.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Self-starter mindset suited to a growing, fast-moving projects environment.
