Senior Maximo Developer
Mitcham, Victoria, Australia (On-site 2 days)

Exciting Opportunity for Senior Maximo Developer to join our State Government client based in Melbourne.


The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multitasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.


Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in Maximo customisation, including development of automation scripts and MBO customisations.
  • Strong understanding of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) for building and managing REST/SOAP APIs, data synchronisation, and external system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Maximo configurations, such as application designer, database configuration, escalations, and workflow design.
  • Familiarity with the Maximo security model and role-based access controls.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database optimisation in support of Maximo performance tuning and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with other IT staff, business users, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate and document proposed technical solutions for peer review.
  • Nice to have: Experience with IBM MAS including Maximo Mobile and migration from 7.X
