An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Scheduler to join a large-scale, complex program within a highly regarded NSW organisation.
Working across a portfolio of concurrent delivery initiatives, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining integrated master schedules, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, and supporting effective program delivery.
Your new role
- Developing and maintaining integrated master schedules across multiple projects and delivery streams
- Managing dependencies, critical path analysis, and schedule risk across the program
- Collaborating with project managers, PMO, and delivery teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment
- Providing schedule reporting, insights, and forecasting to support decision-making
- Supporting baseline management, change control, and schedule governance frameworks
- Driving consistency in scheduling standards, tools, and methodologies across the program
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Master Scheduler / Program Scheduler within large, complex environments
- Strong background in infrastructure, transport, or government programs (highly desirable)
- Advanced expertise in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrated schedules across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of program controls, risk, and dependency management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across PMO and delivery teams
