As they continue to grow, they are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Team Leader to support their brand and content strategy across multiple platforms.

Your new role

• Leading and mentoring a team of five marketing professionals
• Coordinating marketing projects, assigning tasks, and ensuring timelines are met
• Supporting the planning and delivery of events, tradeshows, and internal meetings
• Collaborating with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives
• Writing and editing content for blogs, social media, editorials, and testimonials
• Assisting with the creation of digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, and catalogues
• Managing marketing fulfilment activities such as direct mail and promotional packages
• Contributing to advertising campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all channels

What you'll need to succeed

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
• A strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate their value effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident, proactive approach with the ability to lead and support a team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
