As they continue to grow, they are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Team Leader to support their brand and content strategy across multiple platforms.
Your new role
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will lead a small team in the development and execution of engaging marketing content and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines. Your role will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of five marketing professionals
- Coordinating marketing projects, assigning tasks, and ensuring timelines are met
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events, tradeshows, and internal meetings
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives
- Writing and editing content for blogs, social media, editorials, and testimonials
- Assisting with the creation of digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, and catalogues
- Managing marketing fulfilment activities such as direct mail and promotional packages
- Contributing to advertising campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all channels
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a combination of leadership, creativity, and technical marketing skills. You will also demonstrate:
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- A strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate their value effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, proactive approach with the ability to lead and support a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
