Based in North-East Melbourne's Central Business District, this company is a highly regarded property developer and builder that is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be reporting to the General Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's construction reputation
• Manage expenses and work within a marketing budget
• Ensure consistency of brand quality
• Produce signage, banners, promotions, product designs and display home collateral
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from inception to delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven success working in the residential construction industry

• An ability to create material in-house with the use of external suppliers when necessary

• Solid knowledge of website analytics/ managing social media platforms

• An ability to work across different arms of the business, including projects and property management

• A can-do attitude to both the strategy of marketing and willingness to provide a hands-on approach
