This role involves creating, managing, and executing annual marketing plans across multiple locations to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage annual marketing plans for multiple locations, aligning with business objectives and maximising bookings.
Collaborate with the digital team to oversee and optimise websites for SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
Develop and execute a content strategy to showcase unique offerings, engage potential customers and foster repeat business.
Handling social media platforms, creating and curating content to engage with followers, build brand loyalty, and attract new customers.
Lead the development and execution of email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and strategies to retain customers and drive conversions.
Engage with local media and build relationships with communities to enhance brand visibility and local engagement.
Set KPIs, analyse marketing performance across channels, and provide regular reporting to track success and identify improvement areas.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between marketing initiatives and service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with high levels of initiative and creativity.
A passion for pets and the pet care industry is a plus.
