Position Overview
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the centre’s marketing strategy. From campaign ideation to budget management, stakeholder engagement to community partnerships—you’ll be across it all. You’ll work closely with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver memorable experiences and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets
Lead integrated campaigns using customer insights and data
Manage media, PR, and advertising relationships
Drive community engagement and sponsorship initiatives
Support precinct performance through reporting and analysis
Collaborate with retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact
About You
You’re a seasoned marketer with at least 5 years’ experience in retail or shopping centre marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love thinking creatively, and know how to bring a brand to life. You’re confident managing stakeholders, juggling priorities, and delivering high-quality work with a smile.
What You’ll Bring:
