Your new role

  • Take ownership of marketing projects and initiatives, from conception to implementation, demonstrating initiative and creativity throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilise Adobe InDesign skills to design and produce visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Offer creative suggestions and insights to improve marketing strategies, campaigns, and overall brand positioning.
  • Coordinate and organise marketing events, including opening celebration events, community engagement activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Analyse marketing results and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
  • Manage brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Centre Director’s, Operational Manager’s to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable but not required.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing coordination or a similar role, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and Adobe InDesign proficiency.
  • A strong creative eye and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for marketing and creativity, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
