Your new role
As a Marketing Coordinator, your role sits within a hands-on marketing team that works closely across all business units in various industries. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate across teams to ensure effective marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

• Coordinate events and workshops, including materials, tools, promotions, and on‑site support.
• Manage EDMs, social content, and e‑commerce updates.
• Produce samples and support basic production tasks.
• Handle contracts and general marketing admin.
• Create and update sales tools like sell sheets and product collateral.
• Support product launches across the full marketing mix.
• Work with product, engineering, graphics, signage, and manufacturing teams.
• Create content including interviews, video snippets, and written assets.
• Use Mailchimp, Canva, and basic video tools to produce content.
• Build and maintain sales enablement tools.
• Support sales initiatives and customer engagement activity.

What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and a minimum 3 years of marketing experience
• Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Hands‑on, practical approach with strong project management skills
• High attention to detail, curious and eager to learn
• Ability to analyse campaign performance
• Self‑starter with reliable follow‑through
