Your new role

Sitting as part of the External Communications team, this is an important role where you'll own your digital channels on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high standard of communications and content is delivered by the agency online.

• Lead the management, strategy, and uplift across a range of channels (e.g. website, social media, email campaigns).
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user engagement and channel performance
• Create, edit and publish accessible content in line with style guidelines and brand tone of voice
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders to provide guidance and assistance for their comms/content needs

What you'll need to succeed

• Web CMS experience, e.g. WordPress, SharePoint

• Social media channel management (organic and/or paid) - Facebook, X, TikTok etc

• Email newsletter creation, distribution and management, e.g. MailChimp

• Insights and analysis using Google or Adobe Analytics
