Hays are proud to be partnering with Ray White, located in Hobart, for their search for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their team immediately on a full-time permanent basis. This position has an office-wide mandate incorporating Ray White Commercial and Ray White Residential businesses.

RWC Tasmania opened early this year and has already established a professional reputation in the commercial property real estate market. Ray White Hobart opened this month and has significant capability in residential sales and residential property management.
The office has grown to be circa 17 energetic and professional operatives who pride themselves on their ability to develop bespoke marketing campaigns for all properties, including sales, leasing, property management, project marketing and asset management.


Your new role

As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be implementing marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and managing content for various channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, and social media, ensuring consistency with brand identity
  • Create a wide variety of marketing collateral, including social media tiles, brochures and pamphlets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders and vendors
  • Organising external events including client functions

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management and campaign execution
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong copy-editing skills.
  • Experience with the following software is desirable: Adobe products – In Design and Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the broader team
