Your new role

As the Marketing and Communications Support Officer, you'll be stepping into a creative and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll support the marketing team with everything from crafting social media posts and editing videos to updating the website and helping out at community events.

This is a casual position for 4 to 8 weeks, perfect for someone who's looking to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and work with a team that values fresh ideas and collaboration.


What you'll need to succeed

You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who:

  • Has a qualification (or solid experience) in marketing, communications, PR, or journalism.
  • Knows your way around social media, websites and digital content creation.
  • Can write clearly and creatively, whether it's a newsletter, a media release, or a social post.
  • Is organised, detail - oriented, and great at juggling multiple tasks.
  • Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft and Adobe tools.
  • Has a friendly, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in community engagement.
