Your New RoleReporting to the Global Head of Brand and Marketing, the Marketing Activation Manager will be responsible for bringing Evo’s campaigns and launches to life in market and leading a dynamic, freshly formed team.
You’ll need a deep understanding of evo’s business strategy, customer insights, and channel priorities with the ability to translate these into cohesive annual marketing plans. The role spans activation at global, regional, and local levels, ensuring consistent alignment across all brand segments and touchpoints.
A champion of project management and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll ensure that all campaigns, initiatives, and product launches are delivered in line with the marketing plan you’ve developed.
You’ll also oversee agency partnerships ensuring that integrated, targeted campaigns are clearly briefed, delivered on time and within budget, and measured for effectiveness.

You will be proactive, comfortable with data, keep your manager well-informed, and thrive in an environment where ideas are shared freely.
What You’ll Need to Succeed- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline
- Broad marketing experience, including the planning and execution of integrated campaigns
- Proven ability to operate at a strategic level while remaining hands-on and execution-focused
- Senior-level marketing experience, ideally within international or globally focused businesses
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring a team including career development, workload planning, and skill-building
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels
- Experience in beauty or haircare is highly regarded, though backgrounds in FMCG or adjacent industries with global exposure are also valued
