Your new role

As the Manufacturing Manager, you will report to the Head of Operations and play a key leadership role in the management team. You will be responsible for leading and optimising manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met, products meet high quality standards, and efficiency is maximised.

You will oversee Manufacturing Team Leaders, providing them with the support and empowerment needed to succeed, while driving process enhancements and supporting broader business growth objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience managing teams in food manufacturing

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams

• Proficiency in manufacturing systems and technology, bringing knowledge of industry best practices

• Background in corporate food production (FMCG) is desirable
