12 month maternity leave cover
Assist the branch manager with analysing business performance
Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
Preparation and assistance of monthly results
Educate and ensure all business units' adherence to company policy
Assist the branch manager with co-ordination, preparation and presentation of annual budgets and forecast
Assist external and internal auditors
Assisting Accounts Payable with invoice coding where required
Preparation of branch monthly management reports
Review the general ledger on a weekly basis to ensure correct capture of financial information.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills
Good team player
Strong reconciliation skills
Previous manufacturing experience would be highly desirable
Strong analytical skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
