Your new role

Reporting to the CFO, this is a key role within the business; you will be a key member of the finance team supporting the finance requirements of the organisation. You will support business decisions by analysing data and providing managers with insightful costing information providing robust financial information on time and accurately. You will ensure that all internal financial controls are adhered to.

In detail
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
  • Analyse and report on manufacturing costs including material, labour and overheads
  • Product costing including standard cost update, master data maintenance and planning, inventory control and variations in inventory
  • Review process orders and act as primary point of contract between finance and operations
  • Margin analysis. Assist with product pricing and process evaluations
  • Prepare annual budgets & forecasts spending and growth projections
  • Assist and act as backup to other finance team members (Accounts)
  • Assist and act as backup for Controlling and Financial Reporting
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures


What you'll need to succeed

Education / Training:
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
  • CPA Qualification or equivalent or working towards

Key Skills:
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, time management, planning and organisational skills, customer focus and teamwork
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
