We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to manage maintenance activities across equipment, infrastructure, and facilities to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment.
Your new role
Duties will include:
- Designing and overseeing preventative maintenance programs to minimise disruptions and extend asset longevity.
- Assigning tasks and coordinating resources across internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Using MEX (Maintenance Management System) to generate, prioritise, and manage work orders based on operational needs and resource availability.
- Keeping thorough documentation of maintenance history, compliance records, and equipment performance.
- Promoting a respectful, safety-conscious, and collaborative team culture.
What you'll need to succeed
The following qualifications are highly regarded:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a maintenance, facilities, or technical support role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven negotiation and liaison capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and its practical application.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and maintenance/finance systems.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
