Maintenance Officer

Aged care looking for Building Maintenance staff ASAP!

Your new company

Our client is a fantastic and modern aged care provider in Victoria!
They are looking to expand their maintenance team and are on the lookout for someone like you to join them. There are several positions available!

Your new role

You will be required to conduct Preventative and Reactive Maintenance at the facility, which includes but not limited to:
  • Patch/paint
  • Basic carpentry repairs
  • Hanging doors
  • Changing locks
  • Floor repairs
  • Tap repairs
  • Fixtures and fittings
  • Client liaison and looking after contractors

What you'll need to succeed

  • Recent Police check (or willing to obtain)

  • Previous building maintenance experience


What you'll get in return

  • $67,500 + Super
