Your new role

Your new role will be working as an all round Maintenance Officer doing a variety of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks required on the site. Your general responsibilities will be as follows :

• Painting/patching
• Minor plumbing & Carpentry
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Event set up (e.g. setting up assembly hall)
• Working to a maintenance schedule
• Other general maintenance tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous facilities' maintenance experience

• Good communication skills as you will be interacting with all levels of staff

• Basic Computer Skills

• Ability to pass a working with children and a police check

What you'll get in return

You will get to join an iconic single school site, where you will receive $70,000 to $75,000 + super. You will be working in a clean environment and have long-term job stability.
