Your new role
You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of pharmaceutical production machinery, including:
- Tablet Compressing & Coating
- Hard Capsulation Equipment
- Powder Mixing/Granulation
- Liquid/Cream Producing
- Gummy Machinery
Your role will ensure machines run efficiently and safely, with a strong focus on setup, calibration, quality control, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Set up and calibrate equipment for production runs
- Conduct regular quality inspections
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
- Adhere to safety protocols and GMP regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Certificate or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in machine operation within pharmaceutical, food, or similar industries
- Strong understanding of GMP, TGA, and FDA requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, professional approach with the ability to work under pressure
