Your new role

In this role, you will partner closely with clients to assess the condition of their Microsoft 365 ecosystem, identify configuration gaps, optimise network readiness, and provide actionable insights that enhance productivity and platform stability. You will provide expert guidance on governance, compliance, operational maturity, and platform optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hands on Microsoft 365 administration experience, with strong expertise in Teams, Outlook, Office apps, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Deep technical understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, endpoint management, network connectivity for cloud services, and tenant health monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex M365 service issues and interpret analytics to guide adoption and usage growth.
• Familiarity with security and compliance tools such as Secure Score, Compliance Manager, and identity governance principles.
• Understanding of Entra ID architecture, Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged access best practices.
• Knowledge of operational resilience or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC 2).
