Are you a qualified electrician with a strong focus on safety and operational excellence?

About the Role As an Electrical Isolation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical isolation activities. You'll work closely with project and production managers to ensure all procedures are followed accurately, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee daily electrical isolation activities

  • Maintain accurate records and logs

  • Deliver ongoing training and refresher courses for employees

  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders

  • Assist in developing and reviewing isolation plans

  • Conduct annual procedure reviews and updates

  • Monitor compliance through scheduled audits

  • Ensure lockout equipment is accounted for and in good condition

What You'll Bring:

  • Trade qualification and current Electrical Licence (NSW preferred)

  • Proven experience with isolation procedures in construction or related industries

  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

  • Excellent communication and team management skills

  • Proficiency in computer systems, including databases and spreadsheets

Mandatory Requirements:
  • National Police Check
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance: Baseline
  • ITAR Clearance
  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Willingness to travel nationally/internationally as required
  • Leadership Competencies
