Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to the organisation's clients. You will handle more complex issues that have been escalated from Level 1 support, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is highly desirable.
- Previous experience providing Level 2/3 support in an MS environment
- Sound knowledge of MS Windows OS and macOS, Microsoft 365, Office Suite, AD, Printing technology, AV products, Cyber and Networking products, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
- Support Microsoft 365 environment, including Office apps, Exchange, Identity, Endpoint Manager, Security, SharePoint, and others.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical issues and provide guidance to Level 1 support staff.
