Your new role

As a Loan Specialist you will:

• Work with home loan applications from both the direct and broker channels
• Assist in the end to end loan application process through reviewing, assessing financials, validating loan documentation and inputting loan data
• Build and manage relationships with customers and brokers explaining loan options, providing updates and answering enquiries
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and compliance requirements
• Perform quality checks on processed loan applications

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience across home loans including verification, financial analysis and document preparation
• The ability to change, be adaptable and think on your feet
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain loan options and processes clearly
• Good understating of the PAYG home loan process, how to prepare an application to present to credit and associated legislative requirements
• You will have good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
